How it works.
- One client at a time, in your industry. We match you to a client whose buyers already know your name. You never sell something you do not understand.
- We do the outreach. Our team builds the list, runs the emails and the calls and books the meetings. You spend your time in meetings, not on prospecting.
- You are paid for meetings and for deals. A monthly fee while you work an account, plus a share of the commission on every contract you bring to signature. The split is written down before you start.
- You stay independent. You invoice from your own company or individual activity. It works as a side project alongside other work, as long as the other work does not compete with the client.
- We carry the admin. Contracts, data, CRM, invoicing and chasing payment are ours.

How much can a closer earn?
It depends on the client's deal sizes, and we will give you the numbers for a specific account before you commit. The structure is a monthly fee while you work the account plus a share of the commission on every contract you bring to signature.
Do I need my own company?
Yes, or an individual activity certificate. In Lithuania that is individuali veikla or an MB, and Latvia, Estonia and Finland all have equivalents.
Can I do this alongside my job?
Often yes, if your employer does not compete with the client and your contract allows outside work. Tell us about it in the application.
