Outsourced B2B sales in Estonia.
How foreign companies find business customers in Estonia without a local sales hire.
The short answer: we run researched cold email and LinkedIn outreach, call Estonian buyers in Estonian or English and can carry the sale through negotiation, so you can test demand before you hire anyone locally.
The Estonian market.
Estonia is a small economy with an internationally connected technology sector and a solid base in manufacturing, logistics and professional services. Its digital infrastructure draws software sellers, but a digitally advanced market is not automatically an easy one to sell into. The World Bank records 1,366,475 residents in 2025, GDP of US$47.03 billion and GDP per capita of about US$34,420. Statistics Estonia counts 159,747 enterprises in 2024 with a combined turnover of €93.79 billion. Turnover measures business activity, not the size of the market for your product.
Tallinn holds technology companies, head offices and business services. Tartu has a different mix around research, education and technology, and industrial buyers elsewhere may need their own list. Many registered companies are too small or too specialised for a given product, so we set a minimum size and a clear operational problem before the list is built.
Who buys and how decisions are made.
A polished presentation alone will not earn a meeting with an Estonian buyer. The message needs a clear reason for contacting that company and a specific problem to discuss. For technology, the technical evaluator is often not the person who signs. In manufacturing, engineering may spot the need while purchasing and management approve the terms, and in foreign owned companies approval may sit outside Estonia.
We start from your existing customer profile, find comparable companies and ask you to approve the list before outreach. Replies are qualified against a definition agreed in writing, not counted as leads because someone answered.
Which languages we use.
Estonian and English are the usual first options. Estonian suits local owners, operations managers and buyers who work in Estonian; English suits international technology companies. We also call in Russian where that fits a specific contact. Calls and emails share one account record, so the phone work follows the written outreach.
Which service fits Estonia.
Pipeline fits when someone in your company can run the first sales meetings from abroad. We research the accounts, run cold email and LinkedIn outreach, handle replies and book qualified meetings, with up to 1,500 new contacts a month.
Cold calling fits when your buyers are easier to reach by phone than by email, often owners, operations managers and distributors. We call them in their own language, on its own or on the same accounts as Pipeline.
Market entry and closing fits when nobody in your company can run the meetings, proposals and negotiation. An experienced salesperson from your industry takes the meetings. You set the negotiation limits and sign the contract.
The services can be bought separately or together. Every price is on the pricing page.
What to read before entering Estonia.
The guide to cold email or cold calling in the Baltics covers the rules and the choice of channel. The guide to hiring a salesperson or outsourcing sales compares a permanent salesperson with an outside team.

FAQ
Frequently asked
Is English enough for selling to Estonian companies?
For some internationally oriented companies, especially in technology, yes. It should not be assumed for every industry or contact, which is why we also call in Estonian.
Can you target software and technology companies only?
Yes. We select companies by industry, size, business model and buyer role, and you review the list before any message is sent.
Does the closing service include technical demonstrations?
It covers sales meetings, proposals and negotiation. Demonstrations and technical commitments that need product expertise are agreed with your company.
Should Estonia be approached separately from Latvia and Lithuania?
Usually yes at the prospecting level. The same product can suit all three countries, but each needs its own accounts, contacts and language choices.
Discuss your target market.
Tell us what you sell, who buys it and which country you want to enter. We will discuss which service fits and what we would do first.
You receive a written proposal within three working days of the call. For Pipeline, the first target list follows two weeks after signing.
