Outsourced B2B sales in Finland.
How foreign B2B companies find customers in Finland, with Finnish calling through our partner.
The short answer: we run researched cold email and LinkedIn outreach, have Finnish calls made by our Finnish calling partner, call in English where it fits, and can provide a closer for meetings and negotiation. Every price is published.
The Finnish market.
Finland is a different proposition from the three Baltic countries: a larger economy, an established industrial base and buyers working across international supply chains. That makes it attractive for specialised equipment, software and business services, and it means a new supplier must show why a buyer should change an existing process or supplier. The World Bank records a population of 5,646,436 in 2025, GDP of US$317.04 billion and GDP per capita of about US$56,150. Statistics Finland counts 609,485 enterprises for 2024, a total that includes many very small businesses and is not a list of potential buyers.
Helsinki and its surroundings matter for head offices, technology and finance, Tampere for industrial and engineering buyers, and Turku for manufacturing, logistics and maritime industries. For industrial equipment the right list can be a defined set of plants or engineering groups. In Finland careful account selection matters more than a long list.
Who buys and how decisions are made.
For industrial products, a technical or production manager usually assesses the product first, procurement then checks the supplier and terms, and in larger companies finance or senior management approve the investment. For software and services the first contact may be a business unit head, an IT manager or the finance director. Finnish business communication is often direct and technical, so short and specific outreach is the sensible start, with a quick route to your product specialists when a buyer asks for technical evidence.
Which languages we use.
Finnish is the first language for calls to Finnish companies, and our Finnish calling partner makes those calls. English works with many internationally operating companies, so we call in English where it fits. We decide the language per segment before the campaign starts, and written outreach goes out in the language that suits the recipient.
Which service fits Finland.
Pipeline fits when someone in your company can run the first sales meetings from abroad. We research the accounts, run cold email and LinkedIn outreach, handle replies and book qualified meetings, with up to 1,500 new contacts a month.
Cold calling fits when your buyers are easier to reach by phone than by email, often owners, operations managers and distributors. We call them in their own language, on its own or on the same accounts as Pipeline.
Market entry and closing fits when nobody in your company can run the meetings, proposals and negotiation. An experienced salesperson from your industry takes the meetings. You set the negotiation limits and sign the contract.
The services can be bought separately or together. Every price is on the pricing page.
What to read before entering Finland.

FAQ
Frequently asked
Do you call in Finnish?
Yes. Finnish calls are made by our Finnish calling partner. We agree with you before the campaign which segments are called in Finnish and which in English.
Can you sell industrial products in Finland?
Yes, where suitable buyers can be identified and, if needed, a closer with industry experience can be found. Technical specifications and demonstrations still need your company's expertise.
Can we start with English outreach?
Yes, where the buyers can reasonably be approached in English. We decide per segment rather than assume every Finnish contact prefers English.
Do we need someone based in Finland?
Not for a first outbound programme. Whether you need a local employee later depends on the product, installation, after sales support and the result of the market test.
Discuss your target market.
Tell us what you sell, who buys it and which country you want to enter. We will discuss which service fits and what we would do first.
You receive a written proposal within three working days of the call. For Pipeline, the first target list follows two weeks after signing.
