Outsourced B2B sales in Latvia.
How foreign B2B companies test and build demand in Latvia before deciding whether to hire there.
The short answer: we research the accounts, run cold email and LinkedIn outreach, call Latvian buyers in Latvian and, when needed, run the negotiation. It suits companies that want to test Latvian demand before they recruit locally.
The Latvian market.
Latvia sits between Lithuania and Estonia, but being neighbours does not make the three one sales market. Latvia has its own business networks, language, buying habits and distribution relationships. The World Bank records a population of 1,847,785 in 2025, GDP of US$48.62 billion and GDP per capita of about US$26,310.
Sectors worth examining include transport and logistics, wood processing, manufacturing, food production, construction, wholesale distribution and business services. Most head offices sit in Riga, but manufacturing and distribution budgets are often tied to sites elsewhere, so research should not stop at central Riga addresses. A reliable total of active enterprises was not found, so no company count is given here.
Who buys and how decisions are made.
Decisions differ between locally owned companies, subsidiaries of international groups and public bodies. In an owner managed company the managing director is often involved early. In an international subsidiary a Latvian manager may see the need while a regional office approves the supplier, so the sale needs a route to the budget holder. It is worth confirming whether the buyer purchases for Latvia only or for the whole Baltic region.
We agree the target profile first, then find who owns the problem and who owns the purchase. You approve the list and the messages, every reply is recorded, and qualified meetings go to whoever runs the next step.
Which languages we use.
Latvian is the first language for calls to Latvian business buyers. We also call in Russian and English where that is known to fit the contact, for example managers responsible for more than Latvia. The meeting language can differ from the call: a Latvian introduction can open the door and a later technical demonstration can run in English with your specialist.
Which service fits Latvia.
Pipeline fits when someone in your company can run the first sales meetings from abroad. We research the accounts, run cold email and LinkedIn outreach, handle replies and book qualified meetings, with up to 1,500 new contacts a month.
Cold calling fits when your buyers are easier to reach by phone than by email, often owners, operations managers and distributors. We call them in their own language, on its own or on the same accounts as Pipeline.
Market entry and closing fits when nobody in your company can run the meetings, proposals and negotiation. An experienced salesperson from your industry takes the meetings. You set the negotiation limits and sign the contract.
The services can be bought separately or together. Every price is on the pricing page.
What to read before entering Latvia.
The guide to cold email or cold calling in the Baltics explains how the rules differ between the markets. The guide to hiring a salesperson or outsourcing sales helps if your alternative is a local employee.

FAQ
Frequently asked
Can we sell in Latvia without an office in Riga?
Yes. Prospecting and remote meetings do not need a Riga office. Confirm the contract, tax and regulatory position for the activities you plan.
Should we call in Latvian or English?
Latvian is usually the right first choice for domestic companies. English can work for international accounts or contacts known to work in English. We decide per prospect.
Can we target distributors rather than end customers?
Yes. The list can focus on distributors, importers, service partners or end users. A distributor search needs different qualification criteria from a direct sale.
What if a buyer wants to meet in person?
We assess whether a visit is worth it and who should attend. Travel is billed at cost.
Discuss your target market.
Tell us what you sell, who buys it and which country you want to enter. We will discuss which service fits and what we would do first.
You receive a written proposal within three working days of the call. For Pipeline, the first target list follows two weeks after signing.
