Outsourced B2B sales in Lithuania.

How foreign B2B companies find and win customers in Lithuania without hiring a local sales team.

The short answer: we build the target list, run cold email and LinkedIn outreach, call Lithuanian buyers and, if you need it, take deals through to signature. The work is run from Vilnius and every price is published.

The Lithuanian market.

Lithuania is the largest of the three Baltic markets by population and a practical starting point for the region. The World Bank records a population of 2,888,774 in 2025, GDP of US$95.21 billion and GDP per capita of about US$32,960. These figures describe the economy. They do not tell you how many companies can buy your product.

The company register gives a more useful figure for some sellers. We counted 745 active representative offices of foreign companies in the open register on 23 September 2026. A representative office may promote its parent and gather information, but it cannot trade. The guide to the 745 offices explains what that means.

Vilnius concentrates business services, technology and finance. Kaunas has a different base in manufacturing, engineering and distribution, and Klaipėda matters for the port and logistics. A target list treats them as separate markets. A verified total of active companies was not found, so no company count is given here.

Who buys and how decisions are made.

In a smaller Lithuanian company the owner or managing director often approves a significant purchase personally. In a larger one, the person with the problem is often not the person with the budget. An industrial supplier may speak first to production, then procurement, then the general manager. Software for finance may need finance, IT and compliance to agree.

So we establish who owns the problem, who approves the spend and whether the buyer has a reason to change supplier. You review the list and the messages before any outreach starts. The process is on the how we work page.

Which languages we use.

Lithuanian is the normal first language for calls to Lithuanian companies. We also call in English or Russian where the account and the contact make that the better choice, and we choose per contact rather than assume. Written outreach goes out in English or Lithuanian, and in either language it says why that company is being contacted.

Which service fits Lithuania.

Pipeline fits when someone in your company can run the first sales meetings from abroad. We research the accounts, run cold email and LinkedIn outreach, handle replies and book qualified meetings, with up to 1,500 new contacts a month.

Cold calling fits when your buyers are easier to reach by phone than by email, often owners, operations managers and distributors. We call them in their own language, on its own or on the same accounts as Pipeline.

Market entry and closing fits when nobody in your company can run the meetings, proposals and negotiation. An experienced salesperson from your industry takes the meetings. You set the negotiation limits and sign the contract.

The services can be bought separately or together. Every price is on the pricing page.

What to read before entering Lithuania.

The guide to cold email or cold calling in the Baltics covers the rules and the choice of channel. The guide to the cost of setting up a company in Lithuania compares the legal forms, if you later want an entity.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Do we need a Lithuanian company before testing sales?

Not necessarily. Prospecting and customer meetings can start without a Lithuanian subsidiary. Check the contract structure, tax treatment and any regulated activity separately before you trade.

Can you reach buyers outside Vilnius?

Yes. Target lists cover Kaunas, Klaipėda and the rest of Lithuania, chosen by the industries and companies that fit your offer.

Who attends meetings with interested buyers?

With Pipeline and Cold calling, your salesperson does. With Market entry and closing, our closer runs the meetings and negotiation within limits you set. Your company signs the contract.

Can Lithuania be a starting point for the other Baltic countries?

Yes, but each next market needs its own list, languages and approach. Results from Lithuania are useful input, not proof that Latvian or Estonian buyers will respond the same way.

Discuss your target market.

Tell us what you sell, who buys it and which country you want to enter. We will discuss which service fits and what we would do first.

You receive a written proposal within three working days of the call. For Pipeline, the first target list follows two weeks after signing.
